Abstract:In this talk we will give a survey on some constructions of derived equival-ences of algebras. As is known, derived equivalences are widely applied in representation theory and related areas. We will show some applications in algebraic K-theory and in approach to the Broue’s Abelian Defect Group Conjecture in modular representation theory of finite groups.
